Camping in the mountains

We drove to Wyoming to visit Nate's grandparents and took a little family camp out while we were there. Jackson stayed back at the ranch with Nona and Great Grandma. Maybe he will get to come with us next summer.
Ryan had fun trying to help Daddy set up the tent.
We took him fishing for the first time and he loved it. We wanted to eat the fish we caught for dinner, but Ryan had other plans. He wanted to play with his new "little friend", so we gave in and let him have the first one so we could catch our dinner. He even kissed it!

Ryan wanted to sit on a rock just like his Daddy, so he rolled one over to be right next to him.
Mommy cutting potatoes so we would have more than just fish for dinner.

He loved playing with the worms and this expression is priceless!

Daddy stirring the potatoes with a tree branch. Yum Yum!
His fish was so dirty by the end of the day. Nobody was going to eat that one!
Ry loved eating donuts for breakfast the next morning. He would have eaten the entire box if we would have let him.

Daddy showed him how to shoot the 22 for the first time.
Looks like he is a pretty good shot......like his Mommy ;)
